Using a sophisticated modular system, we designs the perfect saw for any application-cold or hot cuts of single sections or layers.
We not only designs the saw proper, but the complete process including the saw roller table, clamping devices, length stopper, sample carriage, scrap disposal and other ancillary equipment. We also supplies all plant components required for transporting the sections to the saw and discharging the cut length.
The feeding control takes into account profile-specific data from the section data base. This optimizes the sawing operation-and hence the cutting time and the quality of the cuts. Supported by information provided by position measuring systems integrated into hydraulic cylinders, the feeding control system minimizes the cutting time. Alternatively, it controls the feeding speed at constant circumferential speed, likewise relative to the material cross-section.
